A: No, you do not. #/853/#'s We'll Always Be Together ability only triggers if it is readied by your own card effect or by the "Ready" step at the start of your own turn.

Q: My #/868/# is banished during my opponent's turn and I trigger his The Sun Will Set ability. The card on the top of my deck is a character that costs 2 or less. If I play that character using Mufasa's ability, can I draw a card using the Adoring Fans ability of my #/253/#?
A: No, you cannot. The character played by Mufasa's ability must enter play exerted and therefore cannot be exerted by the ability of #/253/#. Note that in the above scenario if the character revealed by #/868/# is a #/350/# you may choose to trigger Lefou's Fan the Flames ability and ready himself. If you do so then you may, after using Lefou's ability, trigger the ability of your own #/253/#.
