You can find below the list of frequently asked question for Disney Lorcana. As a connected user, you can also add and modify the FAQ items if you found one missing or incorrect.
#1
Q: If #/243/# quests, can I choose which princesses I ready? If I had Princesses already readied or I ready them with other effects later in the turn, can they quest that turn?
A: If you choose to use Moana’s We Can Fix It ability to ready your other Princess characters, you must ready all of them. If you quest with #/243/#, no other Princesses can quest for the rest of your turn, regardless of whether you chose to ready them with her ability or they are readied later in the turn.

Q: If I have multiple copies of #/253/# in play, can I use his ability Adoring Fans multiple times on the same character?
A: The ability Adoring Fans requires you to exert the newly played character in order to draw a card. Multiple instances of this ability won’t allow you to draw extra cards, because you won’t be able to exert the same character multiple times.

Q: Say I have #/253/# in play and a cost 3 character in my hand. If I use #/264/# so I can pay 1 less to play that character, can I then exert them to draw a card?
A: It’s not the cost of the character you play that’s reduced by #/264/#; it’s the amount you have to pay. The new character’s cost would still be 3, so they wouldn’t qualify to be a fan of Stitch.

Q: If one of my characters with a cost higher than 2 sings #/255/# while I have #/265/# in play, can I apply the extra to pay the 1 cost to use #/265/# and draw a card?
A: No. The ink cost to use #/265/# must be paid independently from the cost of playing the song.

Q: Say I have an Elsa in play and I choose a ready character for #/272/# ability Loving Heart. If that chosen character is exerted later in the turn, will they stay exerted during the start of the next turn?

#6 : Timing
Q: When more than one effect happens at the same time, what order do they resolve in?
A: If multiple effects of yours happen at the same time during your turn, you choose the order in which they occur, then resolve the effects in that order. After that, each other player resolves their effects in turn, starting with the player to your left.
Example: If you have #/274/# in play and your #/384/# is challenged and banished, you choose whether to return the Gramma Tala card to your hand or put it into your inkwell.

#7
Q: If I control #/274/# and one of my Floodborn characters who used their Shift ability to be played on top of another card is banished in a challenge, do all cards in the stack go back to my hand?
A: No. Because the stack of cards all go to your discard pile first and become separate cards, you could only return the top card of the stack to your hand.

#11 : Challenges
Q: Are abilities on characters that occur when they’re banished in a challenge considered to happen during the challenge?
A: Abilities on characters that occur when they are banished in a challenge happen during that challenge.
Example: #/288/# has an ability that reads, “When this character is banished in a challenge, you may return this card to your hand,” and #/312/# has an ability that reads, “When this character is challenged and banished, banish the challenging character.” If a player challenges and banishes Cheshire Cat with Marshmallow, the Cheshire Cat’s ability would banish Marshmallow during the challenge, allowing the challenging player to return Marshmallow to their hand.

#12 : Costs
Q: If I use #/301/# and choose to exert my opponent’s #/294/#, will The Queen’s exert ability I Summon Thee allow me to draw a card?
A: No. When an ability has a cost, the card’s player must pay that cost in order to use the ability. If another effect exerts The Queen, you don’t get to draw the card from I Summon Thee. Additionally, you won’t be able to use that ability until The Queen is readied.

#13 : Keyword: Challenger

Q: If I have multiple copies of #/380/# in play, can I apply the effect of her Read a Book ability multiple times in a turn?
A: Each copy of Belle can apply her ability once per turn.
Example: If you have 2 copies of #/380/# in play, you may put 2 extra cards into your inkwell each turn.

#15
Q: When I use #/380/#’s Read a Book ability, can I place any card into my inkwell or does it need to have the inkwell icon?
A: Belle’s Read A Book ability only allows you to put another card into your inkwell; it doesn’t override any other rules of the normal process of adding a card to your inkwell. The card must have the inkwell icon and you must show it to all players before putting it in your inkwell.

#16
Q: If a card from the top of the deck is put into my inkwell by an effect like #/392/#’s ability Got a Clue, can I check what that card is before it goes facedown?
A: No. Cards put into an inkwell from any location where the card’s information isn’t known, such as the top of a deck, can’t be looked at by either player.

Q: What happens if a card tells me to perform an action and I can’t do everything it tells me to do?
A: If a card says to perform an action, do as much as you can to fulfill the requirements. This does NOT apply to actions that are part of a cost.
Example: #/399/# says “Look at the top 2 cards of your deck. Put one into your hand and the other on the bottom of the deck.” If you only have one card left in your deck, you look at that card and then put it in your hand.

Q: If I use the ability of #/406/# to put a card from my hand into my inkwell, should I show my opponent the card I choose?
A: No. If an ability lets you put any card into an inkwell (regardless of whether it has an inkwell icon), you don’t show the card to opponents.

Q: If I banish a shifted Floodborn card in a challenge while I have a card that lets me gain 1 lore when I banish a character, how much lore do I gain?
A: No matter how many cards are in a shifted character’s stack, they still count as a single character. Only the top card of a shifted character’s stack is considered banished for the purpose of effects like this.
Example: If you banish a shifted character with #/428/#, you still gain only 1 lore from his ability I Know What I Have to Do.

Q: If my #/853/# is chosen by my opponent's #/350/#'s Fan the Flames ability and becomes ready while I have 2 or more other characters, do I gain 2 lore?
A: No, you do not. #/853/#'s We'll Always Be Together ability only triggers if it is readied by your own card effect or by the "Ready" step at the start of your own turn.

Q: If 2 characters are banished at the same time, how much damage can I remove from #/865/#?
A: You may trigger #/865/#'s Lay it on the Line abitility for every character that is banished, even if those characters are banished at the same time. For example if two characters are banished as a result of one challenge (both the challenging and challenged character) then you may trigger #/865/#'s ability two times and remove up to 4 damage from him.

Q: My #/865/# has 6 damage on it. I use my #/865/# to challenge a 2 character of my opponent. If King Louie banishes the opposing character in the challenge can I use his ability before he would be banished because of the challenge?
A: No, you cannot. Both characters involved in a challenge receive damage at the same time and are also banished due to taking damage equal to or greater than their willpower at the same time if applicable. This means that at the time #/865/#'s ability is able to trigger he would already be banished and therefore no longer in play. Note that this does not change if King Louie is the character being challenged instead.

Q: My #/868/# is banished during my opponent's turn and I trigger his The Sun Will Set ability. The card on the top of my deck is a character that costs 2 or less. If I play that character using Mufasa's ability, can I draw a card using the Adoring Fans ability of my #/253/#?
A: No, you cannot. The character played by Mufasa's ability must enter play exerted and therefore cannot be exerted by the ability of #/253/#. Note that in the above scenario if the character revealed by #/868/# is a #/350/# you may choose to trigger Lefou's Fan the Flames ability and ready himself. If you do so then you may, after using Lefou's ability, trigger the ability of your own #/253/#.

Q: I quest with my #/870/# and use her Honor to the Ancestors ability. The card on the top of my deck is a copy of #/366/# and I chose not to play that card. What happens to the card in this case?

Q: Three of my characters have 2 damage each on them. If my #/874/# sings #/257/# in that situation, how many cards can I draw with her Let Your Power Shine ability?

Q: I quest with my #/882/#. If my opponent currently does not have any characters can I still use The Queen's Who is the Fairest? ability? Also, if my opponent does have a character but all characters they have are characters with ward, can I use her Who is the Fairest? ability?
A: When using The Queen's Who is the Fairest? ability you must be able to chose an opponent's character to get -4 . This means that if your opponent does not have a character or if all characters they have are characters that have Ward you cannot use this ability. You cannot increase the of a character if you cannot reduce the strength of an opposing character as well.

Q: I have a #/882/# and a Flounder - Voice of Reason in play. My opponent has a Mickey Mouse - True Freind and a Maleficent - Sorceress. In this situation if I quest with my #/882/# and use her Who is the Fairest? ability, what characters can I choose for each part of her effect?
A: When using her Who is the Fairest? ability of #/882/# you must choose an opponent's character to receive -4 . This means that you can only choose either Mickey Mouse or Maleficient to receive -4 in this example. When using the second part of the Who is the Fairest? ability, you may choose any character to receive +4 . In this example, you may choose Mickey Mouse, Maleficient, The Queen or Flounder to receive +4 . Note that you must choose a character for each part of the ability so you are not able to decrease the of a character and not increase the of a character.

Q: I currently have 10 characters and play a copie of #/885/#. In this case can I play a character from my hand that costs 5 ink for free using the ability of #/885/#?
A: Due to the effect of Lorcana TCG App you pay 10 less ink to play the next character you play. If that character costs equal to or less than 10 then you play it for free (you do not exert any ink to play it). Note that even in the above instance you may only reduce the cost of a single character. Even if you have 10 characters in play when you play #/885/# you may not play 2 5 cost characters for free, just 1 character that costs 10 or less free or a character that costs more than 10 for 10 less than their printed cost.

Q: I control a Minnie Mouse-Stylish Surfer that has been in play for an entire turn. On my turn I play 2 action cards before playing a #/967/# onto my Minnie Mouse-Stylish Surfer using her Shift ability. How much lore will this #/967/# have?
A: 1 lore. #/967/#'s Undersea Adventure ability is a trigger ability that triggers when you play a second action in a single turn. This means that if #/967/# is no tin play when you play your second action in a turn, her ability will not trigger and she will remain at 1 lore. Note that this is true even if you play 2 additional actions after playing #/967/#. A: 3 lore. It has 1 lore base and has gained 2 lore from the ability of the first copy of #/967/#'s Undersea Adventure ability. The lore gained from that ability remains even if the character shifts. The ability of the second copy does not add to it's total lore because it was not in play when you played your second action so its ability does not trigger.

Q: I control 2 #/1023/# and a Simba character. If my SImba challenges my opponent character which has 4 , how do I place damage on my characters?
A: You would choose which of your #/1023/# to place 4 damage on. #/1023/#'s Shield Another ability is a replacement ability. This means that once one of your #/1023/#'s has received the damage that Simba would have taken, there is no longer any damage for the second to replace and therefore that second copy does not have any damage placed on it.

Q: My opponent controls an exerted copy of Simba and a copy of #/1023/#. If I challenge my opponent's Simba with my #/921/#, can I ready my #/921/# using his Second Wind ability?
