Q: If my opponent plays a #/940/# and I have 2 cards in my hand, 1 of which is an action, can I choose to discard 2 cards?
A: Yes, you can. When deciding how many cards you want to discard for #/940/#'s Mouse Catcher ability you can choose 1 card if the card you are discarding is an action card but you can choose 2 cards regardless of what card type they are.

Q: If my opponent plays a #/940/# and I have only 1 card in my hand which is a character card, do I have to discard it?
A: Yes. If you do not have an action card in hand when #/940/# is played you must choose to discard 2 cards. When you choose to discard more cards than you have left in hand, you must discard as many cards as you can.
