Q: If I have a #/945/# in play and play a #/262/#, causing my opponent to discard 2 cards. Can I choose to draw only 1 card with Prince John's I Sentence You ability?

A: No, you cannot. When choosing to draw with Prince John's I Sentence You ability, you must draw equal to the number discarded. So in this example you would either draw 2 cards if you used the I Sentence You ability or 0 if you choose not to use it.

Q: When I play #/963/# and use her Power to Rule at Last ability my opponent has a Lilo-Making a Wish and a #/945/# in play. When choosing which character to banish with the Power ot Rule at Last ability what character can be chosen?

A: Even though Lady Tremaine is your character, your opponent chooses which character to banish with her effect. This means that despite Prince John's Ward, he can be chosen to be banished by the effect and therefore your opponent can choose either of their characters to banish for the Power to Rule at Last ability.
