Card FAQ

Q: I control #/993/# and his Unwind ability is giving all my other characters Resist +1. If I play a #/969/#, how much damage will be on her?

A: 3 damage. Mother Gothel's ability does not count as damaging her so even if she has Resist she will still enter play with 3 damage counters on her.

Q: If I have 2 copies of #/993/# in play, how much resist do each of my characters have?

A: Resist is an additive ability. This means that each copy of #/993/# gives the other Resist 1 with their Unwind abilities. Any other characters you control would receive 2 total resist, one from each copy of #/993/#.

Q: My opponent has only a #/993/# in play, who has Ward. Can I still play #/3441/# and give my character Challenger +2 even though I can't choose an opposing character?

A: Yes. When there are no eligible opposing characters to choose for the first part of #/3441/#, that part of its effect simply finishes without exerting a character. However, the second part of its effect still happens, so you still choose a character of yours to get Challenger + 2 until the end of the turn.
